By registering on Vindelion or using the Service, you fully accept these Terms.

2. Access to the Service

Access to the Service is provided through a user account created during your registration.

2.2

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all actions performed through your account.

2.3

We reserve the right to suspend or limit access in case of use that does not comply with these Terms.

3. User Account and Registration

3.1

3.2

Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

You agree to receive communications related to the Service (invoices, notifications, updates).

4. Subscription and Payments

Rights to content generated by the user belong to them, subject to the rights granted to Vindelion for the proper use of the Service.

7.2

You may request access to, modification of, or deletion of your personal data.

7.3

We implement security measures to protect your information.

8. Liability

8.1

The Service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions.

We are not responsible for direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of the Service, including results of generated content.
